Accredited Special Event Designer Master Course

The Accredited Special Events Design Master’s program (ASED+M) is an exciting collaboration between IWED (Institute of Wedding and Event Design) and The Caribbean Wedding Academy & the Wedding & Event Institute.

We created this advanced degree level program for event professionals by combining the industry-leading Accredited Event Designer curriculum from IWED, with our Master Event Design program. By undertaking this course you will be equipping yourself with the skills, knowledge and expertise you need to launch, or grow your wedding and event design career and business.

The course begins with a fully interactive ELearning program covering the fundamentals in designing weddings and special events; followed by creating and presenting concepts (which includes training on 3D Event Designer) ; and how to launch and market a business.

The next stage of the course is the hands on component delivered by our friends at IWED. In this section of the course you will gain knowledge in designing, installing and managing events of any size and learning how to undertake a full event set-up that includes: tables, chairs, centerpieces, lighting, draping, backdrops, ceremonies and more.
